Kluitman Otto de Waal - Alkmaar; afm. 23,5 x 33,5 cm., met Jugendstil sierrand in bruine druk en belettering, Er zijn 262 aandelen geplaatst, meest in coupures van f 275 en f 550 en één van f 450; conditie: VF, met 1 nette verticale vouw; voorzover mij bekend nooit eerder geveild of te koop aangeboden; prijs € 50.
Op internet vond ik weinig, maar wel het volgende: Het betrof vooral een kunstmesthandel, filiaal van de fa. Hulshof en Co te Groenlo, later kennelijk te Utrecht; Een der mede-directeuren was de bekende Nederlander G.W. Melchers (van 1905-1908); blijkens een vergunning hiervoor sinds 1909 had men een opslag- en verwerkingsplaats voor kunstmest in Enkhuizen.

The company was formed after the discovery of large phosphate deposits in the Northern part of the Negev Desert in the late 1950's. Apart from these mining operations the company was active in the production of fertilizer, chemicals and phosphorous salts.
