Stamp from 1958: "naam gewijzigd in (name changed into) Peruvian Investment and Finance Limited".
----- certificate of 10 shares of 1 US $ each, light green border and orange Dutch Tax seal inprinted; separated coupon sheet, lower border clean and neat, condition EF,  price € 25.
----- certificate of 50 shares of 1 $ each, purple border and orange Dutch tax stamp:

The Peruvian Corporation, established in London in 1890, was Peru's major Rail Road company and also the major Guano company.

Share warrant to bearer of 5 shares of 1 $ each, no. 5290; Toronto, febr. 1898, printed by Alexander & Co., Ltd., Toronto; text in black and white, both in English and French, with large gold seal and 2 small pictures of beavers; a beauty to frame ! measuring ca. 21 x 35 cm (9 x 14 inch); couponsheet attached as originally issued, one coupon cut for dividend; condition EF = extremely fine, unfolded, almost as new; price € 95.
This share warrant is depicted on the cover of the German share collector's magazine "der Aktiensammler" no 6, 2008. Page 10 and 11 are an article "Fascination Diamanten: Edelsteine im Spiegel Historischer Wertpapiere" (Engl.: Diamond fascination: gems mirrorred by historic stocks).

These shares, Mircan Industries, Equicorp and QCI Industries, were being sold at people's doors in The Netherlands in the 70-ies. It appears that it all became a great scam. Read more about it !

On June 10th 1974 the Limited became an Incorporated as legal form, a statement of which is printed at the bottom of the certificate above.

The folder shows the Toronto city skyline on the front and other real estate and industry projects inside. On the back many graphs of Canada's booming economy.

QCI Industries Ltd, formerly Quinte-Canlin Ltd
1975, orange, x shares, vignette of strong semi-nude man turning the wheel of fortune, The certificate is originally printed as a Quinte-Canlin piece, but later over printed in red with the text "QCI-industries, formerly" price 50 Euro.
